Portraits are typically completed within 1 to 3 days after we receive your image. Larger artworks or busy periods may require a little more time, but I’ll always provide you with a timescale before getting started

After completing your purchase, you can upload your image and order number using our form. Ideally, the photo should be high resolution—most smartphone photos work perfectly. If there are any issues with the image, I’ll get in touch with you before starting your portrait

Your artwork is printed on 220gsm high quality matte photo paper. If you'd prefer a glossy photo paper, then please let me know.
